Kirsty King - Director
Hi, My name is Kirsty and I was born in Leicester and educated in the UK. I graduated University in 2011 after securing a BA Honours in Social Work. I have balanced a successful career as a social worker with a keen interest in securing permanent homes for children via fostering or adoption. Historically I have worked in numerous customer focused services within private companies, National Health Services and undertook direct work with victims of crime through the National Charity ‘Victim Support’.
I am an immensely proud parent of one inspiring primary school aged son who enjoys Lego, gaming and outdoor adventures with the family Labrador called ‘Roo’. I am both professionally and personally aware of the capabilities a person needs to overcome the challenges that life can create. I believe in leading by example and continually invest in my own personal development, so I can make positive life changes.
Outside of work and family life, I am a passionate horse-rider and currently co-share a beautiful horse locally. In addition to this, I enjoy countryside walks, writing poetry, travelling and have a keen interest in Psychology and Sociology.
